Through MES, it achieves logistics and information flow integration and keeps the synchronization of material and information flows in the production process, making transformation towards lean digital plants. Based on diversified orders and customer demand, 3TREES has designed flexible production equipment to realize timely on-demand response from personalized small batch products to engineering projects on demand. It pursues the idea of "customer satisfaction, value creation and waste elimination", optimizes production resources and rapidly improves quality, efficiency and response speed. 

"The Paint S" event has been integrated into all aspects of 3TREES’s work. From daily inspection to self-examination and self-correction, safety is emphasized everywhere. The establishment of immediate safety awards and standardized on-site environment ensures the orderly operation of employees and creates a good working environment for lean production. The continuous implementation of an on-site improvement proposal system ensures improvement every day, so that results are summarized in time, and shared and promoted simultaneously.
